The abstract should be in A4 size one page (extended abstract, introduction, experimental, results and discussion and references). The title of the paper must be bold and should include name(s) of all authors. The name of presenting author should be underlined and must include contact details including an e-mail. The paper should briefly introduce the topic of research, identify research problem and/or the objectives, indicate the methodological approach planned/used for tackling the research problem; summarise the main or expected findings and policy implications. Authors who wish to present paper should submit an abstract to the conference secretariat via email to iceam.fit@ubd.edu.bn. Please note that paper must be submitted in Ms Word.

All papers submitted for the conference will undergo a blind peer review process. Authors of accepted papers will be notified and need to revise their papers based on the reviewers' comments, if there are any, and improve the quality of their submissions. The revised papers should be shared with the conference team before registration.
Each selected paper requires at least one author to attend the conference and present the work. Papers that are not presented at the conference will not be included in the Conference Publications. Submissions that do not meet/follow the conference submission rules and format will be returned for modification.

The ICEAM 2025 Scientific Committee will select and announce best conference papers (presented) after the conference.The best paper from each scientific session will receive an award. The evaluation process will consider factors such as relevancy, structure, sound research methods and approach, innovativeness, results presentation, format, and other criteria.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in Scopus Indexed Conference Proceeding . Additionally, high-quality selected papers will be considered for journals after a thorough review by the respective journals (publication cost applicable as per journal guidelines).
Journal Publication for Selected Papers:
All submitted abstracts will go through a peer-review process carried out by the conference scientific committee for presentation at the conference. All accepted paper soft copies will be published in pdf format and distributed in the beginning of the conference.
Notification will be sent to the corresponding author starting 20 November 2024. Authors whose paper have been accepted will receive instructions for the submission of their paper and presentation of their paper. At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
